List Student Synchronization Overrides
This screen (based on the PASIprep List Items Template) will allow a PASIprep user to view a list of students with a Synchronization Status of Enabled or Disabled.

Header Elements
The following information is included within the header of the page.
Import ASN
When selected, this action will open the Import ASN screen.
Student Synchronization Overrides Data Grid
This data grid will contain a row for each Student whose Synchronization Status is currently Enabled or Disabled.
The grid includes the following columns:
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Checkbox Column | Used to identify when the row has been selected. |
| ASN | Displays the Alberta Student Number (Student) of the student associated to the record. |
| Student Name | Identifies the Preferred Name of the student associated to the record. |
| Last Name | Identifies the Last Name of the student's Preferred Name. |
| Suffix | Identifies the Suffix of the student's Preferred Name. |
| First Name | Identifies the First Name of the student's Preferred Name. |
| Middle Name | Identifies the Middle Name of the student's Preferred Name. |
| Sync Status | Identifies the Synchronization Status of the student. |
| Last Updated On | Used to indicate the last time the record was updated. |
| Last Updated By | Used to indicate who last updated the record. |
Standard View
The Standard View for this grid includes the following columns:
- ASN
- Student Name
- Sync Status
- Last Updated On
- Last Updated By
The Standard View is sorted is ascending order based on the Student Name column.
Grid Actions
The following grid actions are available.
Add Action
Launches the Add Student Synchronization Override screen.
Delete Action
Updates the student's Synchronization Status to Off and:
- Creates a Student Audit Event record with the following information:
- Audited Values include:
- Creates a Transcript Trigger for the student so that the Transcript Processor can determine if the student's Synchronization Status should be changed to On.
As a result, the student will no longer be displayed in the grid.
