GED Exam Mark Data Access Rules

The following rules are applied to control access to view/add/edit GED Exam Mark records.

Access to a Record

In order to access a record, the:

PASI Client must have the View Academic Record User role, and
The requesting Organization must:
- Be associated to the student By Recent School Enrolment or better¹⁾, or
- Have Access to the Student (Moved) and the record is considered a Current Course Mark

When being accessed via PASIprep, the PASIprep user must have the following permissions:

When accessible, the following rules are applied to specific data elements on the record:

Data Element	Access Controls
GED Exam Mark Audit History	Only available when the: PASI Client has the View Transcript User role, and At least one of the following: Organization is associated to the student By Recent School Enrolment or better²⁾. Organization owns the GED Exam Mark record and the current date is on or is before the GED Exam Written On Date.
GED Exam Mark Value	Only available when the organization is associated to the student By Recent School Enrolment or better³⁾.
All other data elements	Available if the record is accessible.

In order to add a GED Exam Mark record via a GED File Upload, the PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 12 Permission - Upload GED Files.
