To register a student to a school, a School/School Authority user would manage the student's Student School Enrolments records in PASI to capture:
Registering a student to a school is done as part of Onboard Student.
After the students are registered, the School/Authority users will need to manage the School Enrolment if the student's programming changes at the school, or if student leaves the school. This may be done on a per student basis, or in bulk if multiple students' programming has changed.
For schools that operates in a School Year schedule where all students stop attending the school at the end of the School Year, they can also manage School Enrolments in bulk by closing out the School Year, which sets the proper Exit Date on their students' School Enrolment records.
A School/School Authority user will generally perform the following as part of Onboard Student to register a single student to their school.
