Only single spaces in street information are supported.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Street Information. The street information provided for {Address Type} address must only contain single spaces.
Where {Address Type} parameter is replaced as follows:
For Create Student and Submit Student services
- Preferred Mailing
- Alternate Mailing
For Submit Mailing Address service
- Mailing
For Submit Parent Guardian service
- Mailing
