Document Order Education Account Identifier
A reference to the Education Account who last updated the Document Order. This will be either the student, a third party or a Ministry user. In general this is treated as the user who created the order, as a Document Order can only be brought to an “ordered” status by the creator, and it is rare for a Document Order to be updated after it reaches an “Ordered” state.
