This is a calculated field that identifies if the student has access to myPass.

This field is derived to True if there is a myPass connection record for the Student that meets the following criteria:
- Is for the myPass Connection Type = Student (myPass Connection Type)
Otherwise, this field is derived to False.
If there are no Student Citizenship records for the student, this is also False.
