View External Credential
This screen allows user to view full details regarding a Student External Credential record.
The screen presents the data using the PASIprep View Item Template.
Secured By
To access this screen, the PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 06 Permission - View Courses and Marks and view access to Manage Credentials permission as well as satisfy the data_access_rules to access the specific Student External Credential requested.

External Credential Identifier - Data Fields
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Alberta Student Number | Displays the Alberta Student Number associated with the external credential. |
External Credential Information - Data Fields
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| ASN | Displays the Alberta Student Number for the student. |
| External Credential Name | Displays the name for the external credential. |
| External Credential Is Deleted | Displays the IsDeleted value at the time of the update. Where Deleted, to display “Yes” and otherwise, to display “No”. |
| Awarding Organization | Displays the name of the organization that awarded the external credential to the student. |
| Awarded Date | Displays the date that the external credential was awarded to the student on. |

Audit History Tab
This section contains a PASIprep Audit History Grid which lists all Student External Credential Audit Event records for the specific Student External Credential record being viewed.
Data Fields
All columns are visible by default. Columns related to Update information are also included as described in PASIprep Audit History Grid. A record is included for each revision of the record and are sorted by Updated On descending.

| ASN | Displays the Alberta Student Number associated with the external credential. |
| External Credential Name | Displays the name for the external credential. |
| Awarding Organization | Displays the name of the organization that awarded the external credential to the student. |
| Awarded Date | Displays the date that the external credential was awarded to the student on. |
| Deleted? | Displays the IsDeleted value at the time of the update. Where Deleted, to display “Yes” and otherwise, to display “No”. |
