This page will display information regarding a selected information disclosure restriction using multiple sub-section tabs:
The screen presents the data using the PASIprep View Item Template.
The Student Identifier Subtitle is shown, as described in the PASIprep Page Layout Guidelines.
This screen is available to users that:

The Details tab is the default tab for the page.
Student information Disclosure Restriction work item card(s) will appear at the top of the View Student Information Disclosure Restriction screen if a work item(s) exist for the selected record.
There is the possibility that when the screen is initially loaded a work item may be in an Out of Date status. The screen will allow up to 5 seconds for the status to become Up to Date before proceeding with loading the screen. If the status of the work item is Out of Date after the 5 second wait, the screen will display an Out of Date status message. Refer to Navigation Between Bulk List of Items and Individual Item View to review the Out of Date message.

The following options are available in the Action Menu option area:
Action | Description |

EDIT | Selecting this action will open the Edit Information Disclosure Restriction page. Note: The action will be visible if the “update” conditions described by Information Disclosure Restriction Data Access Rules are met. Note: This button will NOT be shown if the information disclosure restriction has been deleted. |
DELETE | Selecting this action will open the Delete Disclosure Restriction confirmation dialog. If confirmed, then this will allow the user to delete the Information Disclosure Restriction. The user will be advised that deleting the record will also inactivate it. Once deleted it will only be visible to Student Records staff in the Student Audit Log. After the information disclosure restriction the user will stay on the screen and be able to view the deleted record until they navigate away from it. Note: The action will be visible if the “delete” conditions described by Information Disclosure Restriction Data Access Rules are met. |

Active? | Yes/No | Identifies if the information disclosure restriction is currently active for the student. |
Deleted | Show a blank value if not deleted. Show “DELETED” styled in red and bolded if deleted. | Shows if a record is deleted or not. Note: No label is shown. |
Restriction Type | A Student Disclosure Restriction value | Identifies the type of information disclosure restriction. |
Effective Date | Date | Defines the date the information disclosure restriction took effect for the student. |
Expiry Date | Date | Defines the date the information disclosure restriction expires for the student. |
Restriction Details | Multiline string | Defines any additional details entered into PASI regarding the information disclosure restriction. |
Reference # | A unique identifier for the information disclosure restriction. The unique identifier is included in core alerts messaging for information disclosure restrictions. |
This section contains a PASIprep Audit History Grid which lists all changes made to the Information Disclosure Restriction record. This is derived from Student Audit Events with the Audit Subject of:
The grid will show the data element values for the record at the time the of the audit event.
All columns are visible by default. Columns related to Update information are also included as described in PASIprep Audit History Grid.
