Ordering a Letter

Each type of letter is ordered via separate processes and functionality:

Ordering a Self-Service Signup Letter

The Self Service Signup Letter (PDF) is generated to help the student get signed up to myPass.

Ordering a DER Sign-Up Letter

The DER Signup Letter (PDF) is ordered automatically by the DER Signup Letter Processing Agent as a result of new diploma exam marks being added to a student who does not have access to their information on myPass yet.

Ordering a Non-Graduate Letter

The Non Graduate Letter (PDF) is ordered automatically by the Non Graduate Letter Processor to encourage a student who hasn't received their credential and is no longer attending school to return to school.

Processing Letter Orders

There is a different Document Processing Agent for each type of letter produced by PASI:

The PDF document is generated and placed in a print job as per Deliver Print Job to be printed and delivered to the recipient.

Delivering Letter Orders

Letters are always printed and delivered via the mail.
