List Home Education Students
The List Home Education Students screen (based on the PASIprep List Items Template) will allow a PASIprep user to list the students who are receiving a home education by school year.

Security Requirements
A PASIprep user requires the following PASIprep permission(s) in order to access this functionality:
Users that fail to meet the security requirements will see a 403 error screen.
Context Bar
Following the Context Bar Elements & Guidelines the context bar will allow a user to enter the search criteria to be used to select the list of records to display on the screen.
Search Criteria
PASIprep users must use the following search criteria to identify the records to be returned to screen.
| School Year | This mandatory down-down field is used to return records based on the School Year of the record. |
|---|---|
| School Authority | This optional drop-down field is used to return records based on the School Authority associated to the record. |
Search Button Processing
When the Search button is used, PASIprep will lookup students that meet the search criteria and populate the details in the data grid.
Data Grid
This data grid contains a row for:
- Each Home Education Registration that meets the following criteria:
- Home Education Registration School Year = the school year from the search criteria
- If a school authority was provided in the search criteria:
- Home Education Registration Resident School Board = the school authority from the search criteria
- Each Student School Enrolment that meets the following criteria:
- School Year (Student School Enrolment) = the school year from the search criteria
- Includes a Grants Program Code of 600 or 611
- If a school authority was provided in the search criteria:
- School (Student School Enrolment) = a school governed by the school authority from the search criteria, or
- Resident Board = the authority from the search criteria

Data Grid Views
Data grids may include a listing of predefined views to help users find / target specific records. The following views are available in the following order.
Standard
This view is used to show the records that have not been deleted.
When using this view, the data in the grid is filter to show records that meet the following criteria:
- Is Deleted = False
This view includes the following columns:
- View Column
- Alberta Student Number
- Student Name
- Program Type
- Supervising School Authority
- Resident Board
The data in this grid is sorted based on:
- Alberta Student Number in ascending order.
