This screen uses the PASIprep List Items Template.
The user must satisfy the Diploma Exam Marks Data Access Rules for accessing the record in order to access this screen.
The page uses the PASIprep List Items Template which includes the context bar.

When user hits [Search] it will cause PASIprep to call the retrieve and list the potential Component Mark record that matches the criteria.
Based on the target Organization selected in the Search Criteria and what marks user would like to see (based on the “Show” option selected), the list of Diploma Exam Mark Component that would be considered for the search result is as follows:
Note that even if a Diploma Exam Mark Component record matches the above search criteria, the user must satisfies the requirements to access the parent Diploma Exam Mark record as documented in Diploma Exam Marks Data Access Rules to see the record in the search results. Also, even if the user has access to the record, there may be field-specific rules that prevents them from seeing the value on the record (see Diploma Exam Marks Data Access Rules for more information).
The search results are displayed in the Search Results Grid which is a PASIprep Business Object Grid.

Allows user to add a new diploma exam registration.
This button will not be visible if the user does not have the PASIprep permissions required to add Diploma Exam Registration records.
Takes user to the Add Diploma Exam Registration screen.
Allows user to delete a diploma exam registration. The user must select a record in the grid first to use this function.
This button will only be visible if the user has the required PASIprep permissions to update a Diploma Exam Registration or to delete a Diploma Exam Mark.
Opens the Delete Diploma Exam Registration Dialog for the selected Diploma Exam Mark Component.
Allows user to undelete a diploma exam registration. The user must select a record in the grid first to use this function.
This button will only be visible if the user has the required PASIprep permissions to update a Diploma Exam Registration.
Opens the Undelete Diploma Exam Registration Dialog for the selected Diploma Exam Mark Component.
